Focus

I saw something on social media recently that gave me pause: If you don’t see your business growing, it’s because you’re focused on the wrong thing.

It felt like the post was speaking directly to me.

These last few months, I’ve been pouring my energy into organic growth: e-mail campaigns, social media posts, blog entries like this Sunday post. I’ve been showing up consistently, doing “all the right things.” But if I’m honest, the numbers haven’t reflected the effort.

Creating this kind of content takes an enormous amount of time, and time is the one resource I never have enough of. So when I read that post, something clicked. I realized I needed to shift my focus to what would actually move the needle.

For me, that means marketing and running ads, getting KAEIU in front of as many eyes as possible. It needs to be my number one priority.

There comes a point in business when you have to take a leap. Much like the leap I took when I quit my job to pursue KAEIU, I find myself at another crossroads. And like before, I'll be listening to my gut, and seeing where it leads me. Deep down, I already know the answer, but it doesn’t come without fear and anxiety.

Growth rarely happens in the comfort zone. The fear and uncertainty mean I’m on the edge of something new, just like before. So I’m choosing to lean in, trust my instincts, and focus my energy where it matters most. The next chapter starts here.

With love,
Maria
