Returns | Exchanges
We authorize returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. A flat $15 return fee applies to all returns. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Items returned without original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. Refunds are issued for the returned item minus the applicable return fee.
If any imperfection is discovered upon receipt of your bag, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist with an exchange.
