Do you accept returns?
Yes. We authorize returns within a 30-day period from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note it takes about 5 business days to process a return.

We accept returns** on items in their original condition only. Only items sent back to us within 30 days in its original packaging are eligible for return. Items without original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund for your returned item is refunded minus the cost of shipping.
If any imperfection is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support within the first 14-days for an exchange.
